advanced CMOS logic (ACL)

The Advanced CMOSLogic (ACL) characterizes a development stage of CMOS logics. It originates from the nineties and is characterized by the enormously short switching time of only 3 ns. ACL technology is driver-capable with a driver current of 24 mA. ACL technology has a high integration density and is offered in many functionalities.
