above ground level (drone) (AGL)

The AGL value, Above Ground Level (AGL), is a value specified in aviation and drone technology for the absolute height of the flying object in relation to the ground or a building.

If a drone flies at an altitude of 300 m above ground level, which should be 120 m, for example, then the AGL value is 180 m. If a drone flies over a building 50 m above ground level, which is on the ground surface, then the AGL value is 130 m.
