V.34bis

V.34bis is a variant of V.34 for modems with transmission rates of 33.6 kbit/s in full duplex (FDx) and with fallback. V.34bis is used in modems, namely in public switched telephone networks( PSTN) and leased lines. V.34bis operates with continuous adaptation of the data rate to the quality of the transmission power.
