Telecommunications Equipment Act

The Telecommunications Installations Act (FAG) of 1928 was valid until 1996, before the Telecommunications Act (TKG) came into force. At that time, it regulated the use, installation and operation of telecommunications equipment. This also included the definition of interference radiation and the proof of compliance with prescribed limit values by means of a type examination and the approval of the products.
