PL connector
PL connector is another name for the UHF connector, which is mainly used in amateur radio.
The PL connector has a screw connection, is designed for the frequency range up to 300 MHz and is mainly used in antenna systems, shortwave technology and CB radio. The PL connector is available with different cable openings of10 mm and 7 mm. This allows both the 10 mm thick RG-213 cable and the much thinner RG-58 cable to be connected to the PL connector.
