Nutek

Nutek is an energy-saving standard for monitors, comparable to the Display Power Management System( DPMS) of the Video Electronics Standards Association( VESA). Nutek is named after a Swedish association and works with a special screen saver.

Displays that support Nutek mode reduce their power by over 90% in two stages. The maximum consumption values are predefined, as well as the response time for the energy-saving circuit and the restart when functions are activated.
