NAT64
NAT64 is a translation method for translating IPv4 addresses into IPv6 addresses. Using this procedure, servers with IPv6 addresses can communicate with network computers with IPv4 addresses.
In the NAT64 procedure, a Network Address Translation( NAT) procedure, the much shorter IPv4 address is mapped as part of the IPv6 address. The central component of IP address translation is a NAT64 server that embeds the 32-bit IPv4 address in the 128-bit IPv6 address, starting with the 96th bit. So that in the last 32 bits the IPv4 address is written in. The NAT64 server writes the complete address into its NAT table, which ensures that the data packets reach the correct IPv6 address during replies.
