Internet call waiting (ICW)

Internet Call Waiting (ICW) is similar to a service feature ofdigital communication networks.

With Internet Call Waiting, IP telephone calls that arrive when the user is surfing or e- mailing are displayed in a pop-up menu on the screen, for example. The function is similar to the call waiting service feature in digital networks. In addition, other service features and features such as call forwarding, call forwarding, etc. must be supported in Internet telephony.

These services will be handled by an ICW server, which will inform the subscriber of the call via the Internet in the event of a busy situation.
