Internet account
An Internet account regulates access to the Internet. It is set up by Internet service providers(ISPs) or, in the case of companies, universities and institutes, by the administrator.
Since the Internet account authorizes access to the Internet, it also includes the user's user name and password. For security reasons, the latter must consist of several letters and/or numbers. Upper and lower case letters can be used.
Such an Internet account consists of the type of connection to the access server, the security and privacy-related criteria, the supported programs, newsgroups, e-mails, HTML editors and web browsers.
