H.262 is a standard for video coding, it corresponds to the video part of MPEG-2. The H.262 standard was jointly developed by the Video Coding Experts Group ( VCEG) and the Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) and standardized by the International Telecommunication Union ( ITU-T).
