The ITU-T recommendation G.987 defines the standard for a 10 Gigabit-capable passive optical network ofNext-Generation GPON

(NG-GPON). The entire standard consists of the following recommendations in addition to the base G.987 standardG.987.1: General Requirements for 10G PON Systems. Includes examples of services, subscriber network interfaces
