European telecommunications office (CEPT) (ETO)

The European Telecommunications Office (ETO) is a forum established in 1994 to deal with European regulatory issues. These include a European numbering space, liberalization and licensing. The ETO does not make decisions itself, but makes recommendations to ECTRA, the European Committee on Telecommunications Regulatory Affairs.
