ADSL transceiver unit (ATU)

The ADSLTransceiver Units (ATU) form the end points of an ADSL connection. There is theADSL Transceiver Unit Central Office End ( ATU-C), which is located in the local exchange, and the ADSL Transceiver Unit RemoteTerminal End ( ATU-R), which is located at the customer premises.
