Binary Interchange of Information and Signalling (BIIS) ist ein europäischer Bündelfunkstandard mit definierter Luftschnittstelle. Dabei handelt es sich um eine digitale Signalisierung mit 1.200 bit/s und FFSK-Modulation, Fast Frequency Shift Keying. Dieses Protokoll wird auch als BIIS-1200-Protokoll bezeichnet und wurde vom European Telecommunications Standards Institute ( ETSI) standardisiert.
