RD-LAP (radio data link access protocol)
RD-LAP-Verfahren
Radio Data Link Access Protocol (RD-LAP) ist ein offenes Kommunikationsprotokoll - OSI-Schichten 1 bis 3 - für die gesicherte Datenübertragung an der Luftschnittstelle auf Funkkanälen. Das Kanalzugriffsverfahren ist ein Slotted DSMA (Digital Secure Multiple Access). Dieses Verfahren wurde von Motorola für die Luftschnittstelle des Datenfunksystems Modacom entwickelt.
